Over a two month period, 150 individuals and organizations registered their opinions on Parks’ plan to close those winter ski trails that penetrate the woodland caribou’s breeding and calving grounds. The majority of stakeholders indicated that they were willing to adjust their recreational use of the parks in support of Park’s caribou recovery strategy.
